My name is Silvia Bez and I specialise in Business and Personal Success.

After 36 years of experience, a lot of study, preparation and dedication, I can say that I am among the best experts in the field. I have professional experience in practically every area of the corporate world, and I am able to help all kinds of people, from the average worker to the CEO.

Throughout my years of experience, I have learnt that human beings cannot be separated from their profession. In other words, all the fears, beliefs, personal problems, lack of skills and lack of qualifications can result in problems that will prevent you from growing, both personally and professionally.

For this reason, I search every day for the best way to help those in need, through the materialisation of my services. With a strategic and results-orientated approach, I provide valuable insights, practical guidance and innovative solutions to complex challenges.

As a Master Coach, I use advanced coaching techniques to help my clients achieve their goals, unlock their potential and overcome challenges, always promoting growth and transformation.

As well as being a Master Coach, I am also a Facial Expert and have a postgraduate qualification in Mediation and Conciliation. Being a Facial Expert allows me to better understand human beings by reading their micro and macro facial expressions. And through Mediation and Conciliation, I am able to resolve disputes neutrally and impartially, as well as facilitate communication and conflict resolution between two or more parties.

My innovative and efficient method has revolutionised the Brazilian domestic market, impacting more than 34,000 people in national companies and promoting the reunion of family and friends in such an assertive way that I ended up winning the respect of the demanding international market in the process!
