Silvia Bez's personal coaching process seeks to develop skills and competences, always with a focus on the goals and results of each coachee/client!

We are internationally certified by the International Association of Coaching (IAC) and trained by the Latin American Coaching Society.

This allows us to offer a differentiated personal coaching process that actively seeks out new tools to enhance the personal development and life planning of our coachees!

Professional & Personal Coaching

Personal coaching is a collaborative, goal-orientated process between coach and coachee. During this process, the coach works with the coachee to help them achieve specific goals and improve concrete areas of their life.

This type of coaching focuses on personal development, self-knowledge, setting goals and creating strategies to overcome obstacles.

Some key points of Personal Coaching

  1. Collaborative partnership: Personal coaching involves a partnership between coach and coachee. The coach doesn't give the answers, but rather helps the coachee explore their own solutions and discover what works best for them.
  2. Focus on real goals and results: The personal coaching process helps coachees set clear goals and develop a realistic action plan to achieve them.
  3. Self-knowledge: A fundamental part of personal coaching is the development of self-knowledge. Through this process, coachees explore their values, beliefs, aptitudes, skills and strengths so that they can identify or develop them and recognise their potential.
  4. Identifying behavioural patterns: Coaches help coachees to identify behavioural patterns that may be hindering their individual progress. They also support them in creating effective strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
  5. Constructive feedback: The coach provides constructive feedback and support to the coachee to encourage them to reflect on their actions and improve their performance.
  6. Regular sessions: Personal coaching requires regularity. It is essential to maintain consistency, with weekly sessions, so that we can monitor progress over time. A minimum of 10 sessions per coachee is required.
  7. Confidentiality: The coaching relationship is built on trust, and confidentiality is a key component. This allows the coachee to feel free to share personal information and goals without worry.
