1. Purpose and Object of the General Terms and Conditions of SILVIA BEZ - PAIXÃO EM VENDER

These General Conditions, together with the enrolment form and the other elements referred to in them, are intended to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of the Service by SILVIA BEZ - PAIXÃO EM VENDER, with office at Rua José Lins do Rego, Alvalade, 1700-264 Lisboa/ Portugal.

The Service consists of making available, via the address www.silviabez.com, not only information about the company and a range of products and/or services, but also enabling the Acquirer, by electronic means for courses or any other means, to sign up for the products/services advertised, under the terms and conditions described and detailed herein.

The elements and information transmitted by the Acquirer shall enjoy full legal effect, with the Acquirer recognising the electronic purchases, and the Acquirer may not allege the absence of a signature as a reason for non-compliance with the obligations assumed.

2. Service Information

This information applies to Online or In-Person Courses, or any other product and/or service promoted by SILVIA BEZ - PAIXÃO EM VENDER, whereby the Acquirer and Supplier are covered by the Contract Operating Rules.

SILVIA BEZ - PAIXÃO EM VENDER undertakes to provide the Acquirer with the training course or service provision for which they have signed up.

This provision of services does not generate or entitle subordinate labour relations and ends with the conclusion of the training course or services for which it was signed.

The Certification in which the purchaser enrols is ensured by SILVIA BEZ - PAIXÃO EM VENDER, as well as F-M GROUP, when the product purchased is exclusively the FACS 5.0 Course, with the training taking place in online or in-person format.

3. Acquirer's Rights

  1. To participate in the process in accordance with the established programmes, carrying out the learning activities integrated into their training profile and/or services.
  2. To be respected in their relationship with all the agents and services involved in the process of their course and/or services.
  3. Receive, at the end of the course, a document certifying their attendance and/or achievement.
  4. To have the confidentiality of the elements contained in their personal or corporate file respected.
  5. Access to their individual file, which should contain all relevant facts that occurred during their course or service, namely the start and end date of the training and test results, as well as reports or feedback on the services provided.
  6. Have support and monitoring from the service provider in synchronous or asynchronous sessions, always by prior appointment.

4. Acquirer's obligations

  1. Ensure the accuracy of all the data provided at the time of enrolment.
  2. Make payments on time according to the schedule defined for each payment.
  3. Attend the Online Courses regularly in order to carry out the study and activities planned, with a view to acquiring the skills required. If it is a presential course, or any other product that requires in-person meetings, you must attend punctually on the days and at the times set.
  4. Respect and treat the Instructors politely, as well as all SILVIA BEZ - PAIXÃO EM VENDER employees and other people with whom you interact during and as a result of the courses and/or the provision of services.
  5. Answer any questions put to you within the time limits set.
  6. Refrain from carrying out any and all acts that could harm or discredit the supplier organisation.
  7. Comply with all other obligations arising from the contract for Courses and/or the provision of services.

5. Duties of SILVIA BEZ - PAIXÃO EM VENDER

  1. Ensure that all services contracted are carried out in compliance with current legal and regulatory legislation.
  2. Provide current, relevant and scientific teaching material.
  3. Not require the Acquirer to carry out tasks not included in the subject of the course.
  4. Comply with the terms of the contract for the Courses or Service Provision.
  5. Provide the course timetable and all preliminary documents explaining to the Acquirer how the course works and how to access the information;
  6. Issue a certificate at the end of the training course, in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations.

6. Payment

At the time of enrolment, the purchaser must make full payment for the course. As this is a Service Provision situation, you will be sent, via email or WhatsApp, the conditions agreed upon when purchasing the Service Provision.

The course fee includes attendance at the training course as advertised, as well as access to the course documentation and the issue of the professional training certificate.

7. Right to Withdraw

You have the right to cancel your enrolment in the course. SILVIA BEZ- PAIXÃO EM VENDER will refund the full amount paid for the course if the cancellation takes place up to 1 working day before the start of the action of purchasing Courses or providing services due to the Acquirer's illness. In any other case, there will be no refund of any kind.

8. Cancellation

Withdrawing from a course after it has started does not entitle the acquirer to attend the same course in future editions, nor another course in the training plan, and always implies a new enrolment.

Withdrawals must be notified by e-mail, WhatsApp or telephone. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of any kind.

9. Annulment

Failure to pay for the Course or Service within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the enrolment or service. If, for reasons of force majeure, the course dates are changed or even cancelled, and you are not interested in the new dates, the amount paid will be refunded in full within a maximum of five working days. The same refund period will apply to cancelled courses

10. Online and In-Person Course Features

  1. The online course does not require your presence on the premises at any time. The course takes place entirely online.
  2. The online or face-to-face courses will have pre-defined study hours. The course will only have a start date and an end date, which must be adhered to by the Acquirer.
  3. The course's teaching materials, manuals, videos, presentations, scientific articles and practical assignments are made available to the Acquirer by direct contact, whether via email, WhatsApp or in person.
  4. The Acquirer has direct contact via email, WhatsApp or mobile phone. Throughout the course or the provision of services whenever you have any questions.
    1. Exclusively in relation to the FACS 5.0 Course, assessment is carried out via an online test which will be taken on the last day of the course presentation. Whether in person or online.

11. Training Operating Conditions

  • We ensure the smooth running, maintenance and monitoring of online and in-person courses. Access details for online courses are sent to the acquirer by email or WhatsApp by the start date of the respective course, as well as the Manual for use in the course, once proof of payment has been received.
  • The Acquirer is entitled to attend the course in accordance with the objectives, programme and timetable established for the respective course. You are responsible for having the computer equipment necessary to attend the course.
  • During the period of the course, it is the Acquirer's duty to attend the course, ensuring that the work proposals and assessment tests are completed and participating online in the dynamics proposed by the trainers.
  • Whilst attending the course, you are entitled to active tutoring from a certified trainer. Mentoring does not include discussing or analysing issues that go beyond the course topics, nor does it include consultancy.
  • The assessment of Acquirers depends on the specifics of each course. Information on the type of assessment will be included in the programme for each course.
  • There will also be an assessment of the FACS 5.0 course, which will be done through an online assessment that all course participants will have to take, and the day and time it will be carried out will be informed.

12. Certification

The certificate of attendance is issued after the end date of the course considered in the timetable.

It is issued by SILVIA BEZ - PAIXÃO EM VENDER or, in the case of FACS 5.0, by F-M GROUP, responsible for issuing the Certification for this Course.

The certificate will be made available in PDF format to the Acquirer, who will be able to download it after completing the course.

The Certificate is made available within a maximum of 15 days.

13. Intellectual Property

The course content and all materials made available may only be used for the intended purpose of learning, and the Acquirer is strictly prohibited from using the course material for commercial purposes, refraining from any acts that may violate the law or copyright and related rights, such as the reproduction, commercialisation, transmission or making available to the public of such content or any other unauthorised acts concerning the same content. Applicable Law!

14. Right of Rectification

Whenever you consider that your personal data (provided by you) is incomplete or incorrect, you can request that it be rectified or completed.
