It's important to be at peace with who you are, what you want and the tools you have to change your life. So recognise where you are and understand where you want to go. This way, you'll be able to clearly visualise what your goals are and you'll feel motivated to achieve them. What's more, following an action plan will give you a perspective on the things you can achieve that depend a lot on your effort, so you'll have the energy to keep going! Motivation has been studied extensively by scientists and it has been proven that everyone has the ability to self-motivate or de-motivate.
